At long last, iTunes Radio will arrive just as it says on the Apple website. That's right iHeart, Pandora lovers, including myself, iTunes Radio is finally here. We've heard so much through the grapevine of how much Pandora and other internet radio apps and sites will be affected. But how much will remain to be seen in the coming months upon it's release. I will say fairly that each has it's differences and uses and I won't compare because I'm a fan of them all. My daughter herself just recently found how cool Pandora is even though her iPhone and iPad are flooded with songs we both love on the Apple Music App. I just can't help to think that eventually a few apps will be disappearing from my iPhone or iPad.
The reason I write this article is solely to highlight a few things the new iTunes Radio will offer.
It offers all generations of music.
Build stations around you and edit them.
You can listen to iTunes Radio on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, PC and Apple TV. This is because all your information is stored in your iCloud. So when you're listening to a song on your iPhone and walk in to your home and turn on your Apple TV the music picks up right where you left off without skipping a beat.
Ad-Free will require you to sign up for Match account which offers your old CD's loaded on iTunes and iTunes Music all in one place.
Siri will take commands like "Play more like this" which will come in handy if you're driving or riding your big wheel.
With iTunes Radio, you can easily share stations via AirDrop, Mail, Messages, Twitter, and Facebook. While your station preferences follow along as you keep it fresh.
And if you hear a song and you jhust have to have it on your iPhone library the Buy tab is available for you and it' will download to all your Apple devices. My kids love that part.
